On the website there is not enough information about the website owner and information about the goods according to regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The website provides information about counterfeit SKF branded products on the internet environment, specifically information and images of counterfeit SKF branded products on the sales e-commerce website with the domain name: https:\/\/vongbitruongthanh.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10074\" src=\"https:\/\/lawfirmelite.com\/vi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Screenshot-2023-12-20-at-15.59.09.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"694\" height=\"682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lawfirmelite.com\/vi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Screenshot-2023-12-20-at-15.59.09.png 1378w, https:\/\/lawfirmelite.com\/vi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Screenshot-2023-12-20-at-15.59.09-768x755.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 694px) 100vw, 694px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The inspection team temporarily detained 3,234 bearing products of all kinds with signs of counterfeiting the SKF trademark, which is protected in Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The business establishment of Lam Dai Phat Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is located at No. 2, Alley 12, Alley 858 Kim Giang, Thanh Liet Commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">At the time of inspection, the business establishment using the e-commerce website &#8220;https:\/\/vongbilamdaiphat.com&#8221; published incomplete and inaccurate information on the e-commerce website of the website owner according to regulations. The inspection team temporarily seized 796 bearing products of all kinds showing signs of counterfeiting the SKF trademark, which is protected in Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Legal representatives of the above companies admitted the violations.
