The Office of NOIP provides guidance on how to pay industrial property fees and charges (SHCN) via commercial bank accounts for applications filed directly, by post or online to the NOIP headquarters (No. 386 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) from January 1, 2023 as follows:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Recipient: Office of the National Office of Intellectual Property<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Account number: 1038988888<\/strong>
\n\u2022 At: Vietcombank Bank<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Content of money transfer (specify): Applicant’s name<\/strong> + Online application number<\/strong> (for online application) or industrial property<\/strong> application number<\/strong> (if any) + payment reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eg:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n1. AAA Co., Ltd. submits an online application with code xxx;<\/em>
\n2. Nguyen Van B filed an application for registration of an invention\/trademark\/industrial design;<\/em>
\n3. [Applicant’s name] pay fees, fees for amendment, extensi<\/em>on, ..for the application\/diploma of Industrial Property No\u2026.<\/em><\/p>\n

After receiving the full amount of fees and charges, the Bureau Office will issue an electronic receipt and send it to the Applicant via e-mail.
