The benefit of priority allows an applicant to submit subsequent, timely filed applications “for a patent, or for the registration of a utility model, or of an industrial design, or of a trademark in other nations that reflect upon the priority date of the original application.” (See Paris, Art. 4 A(1)).<\/span><\/p>\n
