font-size: 20px;\"> Using protected patent within valid terms of protection titles without permission of owners;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\"> Using a patent without paying compensation according to the provisions on provisional rights.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What-is-patent-use\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #891d1f;\"><b>What is patent use?<\/b><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">The use of an industrial design means the performance of the following acts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-roman;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">Manufacturing the protected product;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">Applying the protected process;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">Exploiting utilities of the protected product or the product manufactured under the protected process;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">Circulating, advertising, offering, and stocking for circulation the protected product or the product manufactured under the protected process;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">Importing the protected product or the product manufactured under the protected process.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How-to-handle-patent-infringements\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #891d1f;\"><b>How to handle patent infringements?<\/b><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #f58634;\"><b>Handling administrative remedies<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">According to regulations, the highest fine for individuals who infringe on the right to patent is VND 250,000,000. The procedures for a request for the application of civil remedies and the competence, order, and procedures for the application of civil remedies shall comply with the provisions of law on civil procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px;
