design<\/strong>, the <strong>industrial design <\/strong>owner must annually pay annuity fees at the VNIPO within 6 months before the <strong>industrial design 20px;\"><strong>ELITE:\u00a0<\/strong>The application dossier for maintaining <strong>industrial design<\/strong> validity includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-roman;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Application request (under a required form);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Authorization document\/Power of Attorney (in case the request is submitted through an IP Representative\/Agent);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Copy of fee payment receipt (in case of payment of fees and charges via postal service or direct payment to the VNIPO\u2019s bank account).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" out procedures to extend the validity of an industrial design patent?<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>ELITE:<\/strong> According to regulations, the procedure for extending the validity of an industrial design patent is 01 month from the date of submission of complete documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span validity of an industrial design annually?<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>ELITE:\u00a0<\/strong>We note that fees for maintaining the validity of an annually include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Government fees:<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The fee for maintaining the validity of an <strong>industrial design <\/strong>(maintaining fee and using fee) is calculated according to each year of validity and for each independent claim of the <strong>industrial design<\/strong>, specifically as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Year 01 to year 02 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 800,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>year): 400,000 VND<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">3<sup>rd<\/sup>to 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0year (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 1,000,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0year): 600,000 VND<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">5<sup>th<\/sup>to 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0year (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 1,300,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0year): 900,000 VND<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Year 07 to year 08 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 1,700,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>year): 1,300,000 VND<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">9<sup>th<\/sup>to 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0year (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 2,300,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0year): 1,900,000 VND<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Year 11 to year 13 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 3,000,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>year): 2,600,000 VND<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Year 14 to year 16 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 3,800,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>year): 3,400,000 VND<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Year 17 to year 20 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 4,700,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the
