The Vietnam Intellectual Property Office (VNIPO) issued Decision No. 1038\/QD-SHTT dated October 16, 2023, on adjusting the timeline for data collection to publish information on IP applications and IP registrations on the Industrial Property Official Gazette.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

From January 01, 2024<\/b>, the timeline for collecting data for information disclosure in the Industrial Property Official Gazette shall be applied as follows: All VNIPO\u2019s Decisions and Notices relating to the information of IP applications and IP registrations (in cases where information publication is required under IP Law amended in 2022) are issued in each month (from the 1st to the end of the month) <\/span>will be published in the following next month’s issue of the Industrial Property Official Gazette.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Transitional provisions: VNIPO\u2019s Decisions and Notices issued from November 25, 2023, to December 31, 2023, will be published in the Industrial Property Official Gazette in January 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
