To implement Article 110(1a) of the IP Law amended in 2022, from January 01, 2024, all trademark applications that have not been accepted in formality will be publicized immediately after being received on the WIPO Publish database.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On October 26, 2023, the Director General of the Vietnam Intellectual Property Office issued Decision No. 1057\/QD-SHTT on the publication of trademark application information on the WIPO Publish database. Accordingly, trademark registration applications that have not been accepted in formality shall be publicized immediately after being received on the “Digital Library of Industrial Property (WIPO Publish)”, a list of publicized bibliographic information fields stated in the Appendix attached to this Decision.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This Decision shall be effective as of January 01, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
