1. Year 01 to year 02 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 800,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2^ndyear): 400,000 VND
2. 3^rdto 4^th year (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 1,000,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2^nd year): 600,000 VND
3. 5^thto 6^th year (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 1,300,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2^nd year): 900,000 VND
4. Year 07 to year 08 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 1,700,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2^ndyear): 1,300,000 VND
5. 9^thto 10^th year (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 2,300,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2^nd year): 1,900,000 VND
6. Year 11 to year 13 (each year), for the first 01 independent YCBH point: 3,000,000 VND, additional fee for each YCBH point (from the 2^ndyear): 2,600,000 VND
