BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Technologies. He achieved his Bachelor of Hanoi Law University. He is licensed to practice as lawyer in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang, one of the Partners ELITE LAW FIRM, is a registered patent & trademark attorney and also a lawyer. After leaving DAEWOO-HANEL COMPANY for two years as Line Engineer Supervisor, he worked for the patent department of PHAM & ASSOCIATES LAW Office at a head of mechanical team for 13 years for patent prosecution, drafting patent specifications for mechanic, construction. He took position of manager of patent department for 5 years in VISION & ASSOCIATES, and director of patent & design department in INVESTIP for 6 years. Mr. Quang’s expertise includes searching, drafting and registration of design and patent in mechanical engineering, technical materials, textile, oil platform, construction fields, information technology. He also provides  the services on licensing of patent, dispute resolution and litigation of patent & design.

He is now a member of the INTA, APAA, ASEAN IPA, Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF) and Hanoi Bar Association (HBA).
