BIOGRAPHY

♦ Mr. Nguyen Tran Tuyen, the Managing Partner, one of Founders of ELITE LAW FIRM, is a registered patent & trademark attorney and also a lawyer. In everything he does, he has a deep belief in the value of integrity, empathy, responsibility, carefulness, determination, and creative learning that he has and continues to improve himself everyday to be a valuable lawyer. Belief in these values is a solid foundation for him to share and assist Clients in safely registering intellectual property rights and resolving intellectual property rights disputes quickly for the Clients' Successful Business. Tuyen has more than 20-year of experience in providing legal advice, IP registration, IP protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPR) in Vietnam and other countries. While he was working as a Manager of IP Practice at a local leading Law Firm and IP Agent, Mr. Tuyen had also given legal advice to and acted as representative for lots of foreign and local companies in protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam. Widely known as an expert in complex IPR enforcement cases, Mr. Tuyen has successfully assisted clients in taking raids against IPR infringers in the fields of sportsweare, sport equipments, cosmetics, energy drinks, spirits, and foodstuff, etc. as well as assisted clients in applying customs control measures on IPR in Vietnam. He is now a member of the INTA, APAA, ASEAN IPA, Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF) and Hanoi Bar Association (HBA).
