HOW TO REGISTER AN INDUTRIAL DESIGN PATENT IN CAMBODIA

1. Required documents

• Name, address and nationality of applicant and designer(s);
• Information of industrial design;
• Photographs/drawings of front, rear, left, right, top, bottom and perspective views of Industrial Design (electronic format);
• Original notarized Power of Attorney;
• An original notarized Deed of Assignment if the Applicant is not the Inventor(s)
• Priority documents (if any)

2. Time frame

In current practice, time frame for industrial design registration is about 6-12 months from the filing date

3. Cost for registration industrial design

The total cost including official fees, attorney fees and disbursements cost for the registration industrial design from the filling stage to obtaining the Certificate of industrial design Registration
