Items

A. Design:

(1) Elite Law Firm designs 03 Logo templates for customer to choose from. If the customer can not select any template, Elite Law Firm will adjust it up to 03 times until the customer is satisfied.

(2) Elite Law Firm adjusts templates according to the customer’s interests and colours 2-3 templates

(3) Negative and positive logo templates.

(4) Colour table and scale, specification and original design file

(5) Designed name card

(6) Designed envelops with 3 sizes: small (22x12cm), medium (18x24cm) and big (25x35cm).

(7) Designed A4 size letterhead

 Handover items include: Logo designs (in different formats); application design files and Brand Management Profile.

B. Brand registration

A. Design:

(1) Elite Law Firm designs 05 Logo templates for customer to choose from. If the customer can not select any template, Elite Law Firm will adjust it up to 05 times until the customer is satisfied.

(2) Elite Law Firm adjusts templates according to the customer’s interests and colours 2-3 templates

(3) Negative and positive logo templates.

(4) Colour table and scale, specification and original design file

(5) Designed name card

(6) Designed envelops with 3 sizes: small (22x12cm), medium (18x24cm) and big (25x35cm).

(7) Designed A4 size letterhead

(8) Designed folder file

(9) Designed leaflet

(10) Designed retail bill

(11) Designed receipt and pay slip

(12) Designed banner

B. Brand registration

Process

(1) Elite Law Firm designs from 03 to 05 brand templates for customers to choose;

(2) After designing, Elite Law Firm conducts an in-depth search at the National Office of Intellectual Property for one (01) main brand template and conducts a preliminary search for the remaining brand templates;

(3) After searching, Elite Law Firm finalizes the brand template to ensure the ability of protection;

(4) Finally, Elite Law Firm files an application for registration of the brand at the National Office of Intellectual Property for one (01) selected brand template.

Time limit

– Brand design: 10 working days

– Registrability search: 2-5 working days

– Finalize brand template after searching: 3 working days

Total time: 15 – 18 working days plus the time limit for brand registration

– Brand design: 15 working days

– Registrability search: 2-5 working days

– Finalize brand template after searching: 3 working days

Total time: 20 – 23 working days plus the time limit for brand registration

Payment method

– Customers shall pay 70% of the total fee when signing the contract.

– Payment by cash or bank transfer.

Handover and warranty

– After finalizing the brand template, depending on the service pack selected by the customer, Elite Law Firm will design name card, letterhead template, envelope, catalogs, etc.

– Provide original design file if customer request.

– After Certificate of Trademark Registration is granted, Elite Law Firm will immediately hand it over to the customer. A Certificate of Trademark Registration is valid for 10 years from the filing date, renewable for unlimited times, each time of 10 years.

Logo Design Process

Time limit

10 working days with 03 times of logo adjusting.

15 working days with 05 times of logo adjusting.

Process

(1) Customer fills out a customer information sheet, including information such as: Business information, service types, company history, industry research, trends, competitors, markets, etc.

(2) Elite Law Firm will base on the information sheet collected, work with customers to draft ideas, select design options and design brand templates;

(3) After searching, Elite Law Firm will adjust and finalize the brand template;

(4) After finalizing the brand template, Elite Law Firm will hand it over to the customer.

Brand Protection process

Requirements

(1) Trademark specimen (electronic form);

(2) Detailed description of applied goods/services bearing the mark with international class(es) under 11th Edition of Nice classification;

(3) An original Signed Power of Attorney of applicant in favour of ELITE LAW FIRM (under our form).

Time limit

According to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, the processing of trademark registration applications is carried out by the National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) according to the time limit as below (in fact, at present, this time limit is often longer due to application overload at NOIP):

– Formality examination: 01 month from the filing date;

– Publication of the application: 02 months from the formality acceptance date;

– Substantive examination: 09 months from the publication date;

– Granting a Trademark Registration Certificate: 15 working days from the payment date.
