How can I submit a patent application amendment request online, and what is the procedure?
ELITE: To submit an application amendment request online, applicants must have a digital certificate, a digital signature, and an approved registered account on VNIPO’s Online Application Receiving System. After completing the request steps on the online system, a confirmation will be sent to the applicant, who must present this confirmation at one of VNIPO’s offices along with any required documents within one month. If all conditions are met, an officer will issue the application number in the system.
