Dong Nai Market Management Department had cooperated with the Province’s Economic Police Department to inspect 4 clothing and bags business units named Cuong chain stores in Bien Hoa City on June 23, 2020.
At the time of inspection, the 4 stores were operating, trading ready-made fashion goods including shoes, wallets, belts of all kinds bearing various well-known trademarks. Having checked and asked the origin of goods, all 4 stores could not show invoices and documents proving the origin of the goods. The goods bear various well-known trademarks that are being exclusively protected in Vietnam. The inspection team issued a Decision on the temporary seizure of the above goods for further verification and clarification in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
