Currently, the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (VNIPO) is implementing the sending results of administrative procedures on industrial property (official letters/decisions) by post to applicants. However, in this process, certain problems prevent the Applicant from receiving documents sent by the VNIPO on time.
To overcome the situation where the VNIPO’s documents are sent lately or lost to the Applicant, the VNIPO will send electronic files of the VNIPO’s documents to the email address of the Applicant or the Applicant’s IP Representative Organization declared on the Application Request so that the Applicant can know the information promptly.
The VNIPO’s official documents will be sent to the Applicant by post or received directly at the VNIPO’s headquarters in Hanoi and the VNIPO’s Representative Offices in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
During the implementation process, if there are any problems, the Applicant is requested to contact the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam at phone number 024.38583069 (extend: 2206) or email: DICHVUCONG@ipvietnam.gov.vn for answers.
